The Principal of Kampala University Torit Study Center is calling on citizens to have positive attitude to education.
 
Omacar Stephen while talking to Radio Emmanuel says majority of the youth sideline education due to economic hardships.
 
He warns that access to employment in the future may require tertiary education documents.
 
Stephen advises the local population out of schools to register and acquire basic education skills for better future.
 
The Principal calls on state government and education partners to support and strengthen learning system in state.
 
He is hopeful that South Sudan would be a better country if all citizens are educated.
