The United Nation Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS Human Rights Division enlightened military and the civil population in a one-day workshop on sexual violence in Yei River State.
Easter Radio quoted Eugene Nindorera, Director of the Human Rights Division saying the workshop is to help reduce sexual violence in Yei and South Sudan.
Geetha Pius, UNMISS head of field office in Juba calls for the implementation of the knowledge gained in the workshop.
The workshop brought together of the military officers and members civil population, under the theme: ‘Addressing sexual violence and accountability’.
