Sudanese mediators to South Sudan peace talks on Thursday announced adjourning the initial signing of the peace agreement on power-sharing in Khartoum.
Sudanese Foreign Minister Al Diridiri Ahmed says South Sudan government delegation requested more time for negotiations on the proposals they gave.
The mediators will start consultations will all parties, he discloses.
The minister says July 26 remains to be the date for signing the agreement.
Minister Ahmed says they are planning to development another proposal that would be agreed by the government and all parties.
The government and the opposition parties differed in the power sharing proposal of Khartoum mediation.
