Thousands of people including students and government officials on Monday gathered at Tonj Freedom Square to celebrate the seventh anniversary of the Independence of South Sudan.
Acting Governor Manyang Pagor calls on the people of South Sudan to remember the martyrs who died for the sake of the liberation of the country.
He describes the day as the joyful for the people of South Sudan.
Pagor calls on citizens to embark on agriculture in order to get rid of hunger in the area.
