Michael Madut Chan says the initiative of Miss Wau for 2018 competition is a good idea to develop girls’ skills,
The minister pledges that ministry is working hard to educate girls to return back to their value.
Madut points out that for girls to be valued in communities they need them to refrain from niggers’ activities which make them failures in life.
The minister calls on different NGOs to empower girls because it takes community good development.
He asks girls to involve in beneficial activities that build their skills and not night parties.
