Father Joseph Logura advises Christians to stay away from bad cultural norms that deprive them of their faith in God.
He calls on Christians to help the needy to change people’s way of lives and approaches.
Fr Logura says doing bad practices such as looting, killing and hatred separates people from God.
He urges Christians to move away from earthly things and follow God so as to reach eternal life.
Father Logura stresses to Christian to commit themselves to God so as to live a safe life.
‘No one else will give strength and life eternal except God’, he adds.
The Catholic priest was preaching to the congregation during Arabic mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Torit on Sunday.
