The Operation Manager of Yambio Urban Water and Sanitation Company says insecurity has affected the water kiosk in Ikpiro after all customers fled the area.
Naumba Alice Gordon says insecurity has delayed services which were supposed to be delivery by GIZ together with German government, Finland and KFW.
She adds that if peace comes everything will be good and that donors will come back and life will be easy and cheap.
Naumba says with all challenges the company is still operating though on small scale, but able to cover Yambio municipality with safe water.
African Medical Relief Foundation or AMREF Organization currently is helping the company to offer training on washing of jerrycans with chlorine to make sure the water rich home safely.
Alice calls on the entire citizens to drink safe water to avoid waterborne diseases.
The manager was talking during an interview with Anisa Radio on Monday.
