The Minister of Health in Tonj State accuses drug sellers of selling government medicines in their private clinics.
Last week the minister ordered organized forces to check all private pharmacies and return government medical supplies to the ministry.
Lual Longar Adhal, Health Minister discloses receiving a lot of complains from the communities that patients do not get drugs from civil hospital.
He adds that if someone is found selling government’s medicines the property will be withdrawn and the culprit should be brought to book.
Longar believes that some of the medicines that are found in private clinics are coming to Tonj from the neighboring states and counties.
The minister tells the hospital directorate to take full control of the few medicines they get from NGOs.
The Minister talked to Don Bosco Radio on Monday in the Ministry of Health in Tonj.
