A priest in the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio is urging Christians to be humble and faithful so that Jesus Christ may stay in their lives.

Fr Mark Kumbonyaki while preaching at St Augustine Parish in Yambio says many people live pagan life more than their faith.

He points that faith without humility in front of God is nothing because humility helps one to receive Christ Jesus.

Fr Kumbonyaki challenges working class Christians for not having time to embrace humility in the church and communities because they value their positions better than their faith in God.

The priest appeals to Christians to take their problems to God because He is the solution to life most challenging situations

He instructs Christians to stop worshiping evildoers and instructions being given to them by magicians because they block their ways to the eternal life.

The priest encourages Christians to help others when they are in problems by directing them to God’s kingdom.

The priest was preaching on Sunday at St Augustine Catholic Parish in Yambio.
