IDPs ask President Kiir and Dr Riek to return home together

Return home together to build trust and peace, internal displaced persons or IDPs at Mangaten area near Juba urge President Salva Kiir and Dr Riek Machar who are meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
 
The appeal came when they were celebrating World Refugees Day with Caritas Africa and South Sudan on Wednesday.
 
37-year-old Mary Nyagok Adwel, a mother of six, whose husband died during the war, says women need stability to have a normal life with their kids.
 
The IDPs expressing their difficulties, demand lasting peace and stability to end the suffering of people in South Sudan.
 
President of Caritas Africa, Archbishop of Kumasi in Ghana Gabriel Justice Anokye Yaw, says in 2017 South Sudan’s refugee population is the largest in Africa.
 
He invites everyone to think about what more people can do to help others.
 
The speakers talked during the World Refugee Day at Mangaten area north of Juba town.
