The Minister of Environment and Forestry has urged communities across South Sudan to stop polluting environment with plastic battles.
Josephine Napon calls on South Sudanese to observe clean environment especially in populated urban areas.
The Minister says the use of plastic generally in long run will have an impact on health.
The acting Managing Director of Eco Bank, South Sudan Mr. Bernard Munene asks everybody not to damp plastics anyhow to avoid environmental pollution.
He encourages people to plant trees.
Speakers made their remarks on Monday during the commemoration of the World Environment Day in Juba.
