Official urges Omoruo and Bari communities to live in peace

Torit state chairperson for peace commission is urging the communities of Omoruo and Bari to vomit their grievances so as to reconcile and stay in peace.
 
Speaking during the peace and reconciliation dialogue between the two communities at Bur Payam Torit County, German Charles Ojok says the two communities should accept and express their problems and reconcile among themselves so that they can peacefully co-exist.
 
Charles is advising the two communities’ to accept peace to end the suffering of innocent women and children in the area.
 
Torit West County Commissioner Lodovicko Oriem says the two communities should really accept to live in peace from their hearts to avoid repetition of the peace talk.
 
Oriem says the government is ready to give support to the communities in Bur if they accept to live in peace among themselves.
 
The officials were speaking during community peace dialogue in Bur Payam, Torit county over the weekend.
