The Emergency Coordinator for Caritas Yei Diocese calls on citizens of the state to embark on agriculture to combat food insecurity in the area.
Angelo Diuk says it is very important to get engaged in producing food in the small lands wherever each citizens lives, Easter Radio reports.
The aid worker says his organization on Tuesday distributed a variety of seeds to Limbe citizens to boost agriculture in the area.
Diuk says Caritas deals with seed distribution to the outside area.
Duik warns the farmers against consuming the seeds distributed for farming purpose.
Caritas distribute both crop and vegetable seeds.
