More than 150 children have received the sacrament of confirmation at St. Mary Help of Christians Parish in Wau on Pentecost Sunday.
The head of Catechists at the parish Anthony Martin Anthony expressed his appreciation to parents to allow their children join the catechism period. Voice of Hope reports.
He added that despite some human challenges that they faced during the catechism but they still believe God will not forget them.
Luis Matthew Mohammed chairperson of the examinations said they to develop some new criteria for the examination so that candidates could have environment to do their exams.
Some of the children who were confirmed expressed their happiness for receiving the sacrament of confirmation, and they called on other children to also join the catechism centers and strengthen their faith.
