Officials say parties achieve little progress on governance and security

Officials of the High Level Revitalization Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia comment that only little progress have been achieved by parties in the sub-committees of governance and security arrangements.
 
Government spokesperson, Michael Makuei Lueth says the security committee agreed on the cantonment of forces.
 
He adds that the governance committee is far from achieving something tangible.
 
Pagan Amum of the SPLM Former Detainees regrets that there is only little progress made in the agreement.
 
He calls for more commitment to reach agreement.
 
Peter Mayen of the Umbrella Group of opposition parties also regrets that the sub-committees did not reach any progress.
 
The officials spoke on Sunday after the meeting of sub-committees.
 
The High Level Revitalization Forum commenced last week in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and was expected to end on the twenty first of May.
