Caritas of the Catholic Diocese of Torit will mark Caritas South Sudan Day on Sunday, Managing Director William confirms
Caritas South Sudan Day is an implementation of the annual meeting under the theme: ‘Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the children of God’.
William Okot De-Toby tells Christians communities through Emmanuel Radio to value Caritas Day as a day that can bring believers together.
Okot says the Day will be recognized in all Catholic parishes in South Sudan and Diocesan levels.
All Dioceses agreed the Day because it is on May 13 that Caritas South Sudan was affiliated Caritas Internationalis.
Caritas is a social wing for the catholic Dioceses across South Sudan establish in 2012-2013.
The Managing Director was talking to Emmanuel Radio in Torit on Wednesday.
