Love one another as Christ does to the church, a Catholic priest in Sacred Heart Parish of Diocese of Rumbek appeals to Christians in Tonj.
Fr Leo Arokianathan advises husband and wife to share problems to have mutual understanding and openness, Don Bosco Radio reports.
He preaches that God does not segregate his people base on tribes but loves those who do His will.
The priest explains that loving oneself is very important therefore, to avoid bad habits or immoral things like smoking or drinking which may cause harm to lives.
Fr Leo stated that a husband should treat his wife with love so that the children can copy that love rather than hatred.
He added that parents are the first teachers to their children so they should not fight or abuse themselves in front of them because the children may copy such habits.
A real love means letting down oneself for the welfare of the other.
The priest was speaking on Sunday at Multipurpose Hall in Tonj.
