The State Minister of Information, Culture, Youth and Sports says the citizens in Tonj State are ready to receive Vice President James Wani Igga.
Thomas Lual Monybiok notes that the Vice President is not a stranger to the state but he is their own son and leader.
He adds that James Wani Igga was one of the commanders who played a big role during the liberation struggle.
County Commissioner, Safferino Philip Bazia Tonj urges residents of the town to keep the environment clean to welcome the Vice President.
The officials made the remarks on Friday in an interview with Don Bosco Radio.
