Nursery school teachers in Makpara Boma of Yambio are calling on parents to help construct classrooms as a help for pupils to perform well.
Headmaster of the school, Patrick Samuel Lingumba, told Anisa Radio that they have offered themselves to help learners to have a better education, Anisa Radio reports.
He calls for collective efforts of parents, teachers and government to help the young generation.
Makpara Boma Community nursery school, located at the northern part of Yambio County registered 215 pupils including 105 girls.
The school was established in 2004 by the World Vision, but due to the recent insecurity, it suspended its activities.
The school has been operating under trees, making it hard for pupils to get lessons during the rainy season.
Currently the school operates with two teachers making it difficult for them to control all activities.
