A lot of patience is needed to solve the problems that have led to the current conflict in South Sudan, say Comboni Missionary Sister.

In an exclusive interview with CRN in Juba on Tuesday, Sister Eulalia Capdevila, says the Comboni Missionary General Council suggests that more forums on peace should be organized for South Sudanese to express their views.

She calls on South Sudanese to consider each other as equal and discuss new ways of staying together

I think we need more forums where people can express and tell their stories, and I think this is possible, she explains.

The ongoing civil war between the government and opposition forces started since December 2013, where President Kiir accused his former Deputy Dr Riek Machar for attempted coup.

The parties to the conflict have on several occasions been violating agreements following 2015 peace deal.
