The government is planning to negotiate with Uganda and Kenya on how to transport oil in the southern part of the country, reveals Minister of Petroleum.
Ezekiel Lul Gatkuoth says Uganda is constructing a pipeline that will assist in transporting oil from all blocks discovered in the southern part of South Sudan.
He stresses that the link of pipeline to the East African countries has no damage to Sudan’s pipeline.
