The founder of Children of War, Children of Hope, or COWCOH organization in Yei is calling on the state and national government to provide food and shelter to street children.
Sharon Shay Buttolph told Radio Easter after a workshop that local families should take up the responsibility of reuniting street children with their families.
Buttolph reveals that complex situation and frequent changing of ministers have greatly hindered her program.
She points out that she is building on the local community through business.
