Sing meaningful songs that can educate communities, the head of Gbudue Artists Association urges all local singers in the state.
Chris Malish commonly known as BB 1 observes that many artists use offensive words in their songs which promote immorality in communities, Anisa Radio reports.
He calls on the local artists to register so that they can be easily identified among the communities.
Malish warns that unregistered singers will not perform on the stage.
In another news development, last week members of the association attended two-day workshop organized by Anataban group from Juba, he explains.
The artist notes that the meeting was to empower youth not to involve themselves in politics so that they are not used them as tools for their personal interests.
Anataban group also trained musicians on how to behave in public, dress well and how to develop their talents at various capacity, Chris elaborates
He calls on all local artists to desist from politics and preach peace and unity to their communities.
