Minister of Agriculture urges residents to use irrigation for crops

The National Minister of Agriculture and Food Security calls on residents living along the River Nile to use irrigation method for crop production.
 
Onyoti Adigo Nyikwech urges citizens to come up with more irrigation schemes than depending on rain for cultivation, Bakhita Radio reports.
 
He says South Sudan can develop socially, economically by proper use of the Nile water.
 
Onyoti urges South Sudanese people to make use of the River Nile to perform their productive activities.
 
Minister Onyoti was speaking during the celebration of World Water and Nile Day at Nyakuron Cultural Center in Juba on Thursday.
