The management of Vivacell mobile operator says it is working with relevant authorities to discuss its suspension.
In its face book page, the Company says it is exerting efforts to resolve the matter with the top leaders of the national government, Bakhita Radio reports.
Vivacell is confident that its operations shall continue across the country, says management.
The Ministry of Information has ordered for suspension of Vivacell Mobile operator through the National Communications Authority or NCA with effect from Tuesday.
The communications regulator accuses Vivacell Company of not complying with the country’s laws.
The NCA says in public notice that Vivcacell’s international traffic services have been suspended, without giving details.
However, some subscribers have express mixed reactions on the step taken by the government.
Vivacell Mobile operator also regrets the unfortunate event in its operation and the inconvenience caused to customers.
