National Anthem to be taught in schools, commissioner urges teachers

Commissioner of Tonj County on Thursday told Radio Don Bosco that South Sudan National Anthem should be thought as a lesson to students in schools.
 
Safferino Philip Bazia explains that some of students do not know how to sing National Anthem representing the country.
 
He urges all the learning institutions to consider South Sudan National Anthem in their schools.
 
It is shame on South Sudanese people who fail to feel proud of their own Nation country, he adds.
 
Bol Deng, the director of Kal Kuel primary school accepted to teach students how to sing South Sudan National Anthem in the school.
 
By introducing National Anthem as one of school rules and regulations will help the students to respect the Nation, director explains.
 
Angelina Aguek James one of the students says National Anthem is not a song but meaningful word.
 
Don Bosco Radio could not get any comments from any authority at the ministry of education.
