Wau state governor, Angelo Taban Biajo is urging citizens to work for peace for the future welfare of the coming generation.
Taban believes it is everyone’s responsibility to work for peace and achieve development and sustainable life for the coming generations. Voice of Hope Radio reports
Taban says hunger will still exist if war and conflict continue among communities and people will always depend on relief aids. He says if people continue to stay in the protection of civilians’ sites it will affect the coming generation.
Taban believes that South Sudan has natural resources that can bring development if people gave up on war and choose peace. He called all communities to work and fight tribalim.
Governor Taban was addressing the gathering at peace and security briefing at Peach Hall in Wau on Tuesday.
