Elders in Yambio County are requesting the candidates sitting for South Sudan National Examinations today Monday, to remain confident rather than panicking.

Dr John Gbono, representing the elders advises the candidates not to fear because it is the examinations to determine their future, Anisa Radio reports.

He calls on students to understand the instructions and put God first before attempting any question.

Dr Gbono encourages the candidates to work harder than ever to perform better.

In a related development, the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio promises to offer scholarships to candidates aspiring to become Secondary School teachers.

The scholarship is offered to science students to join their university, Bishop Hiiboro Kussala concludes.
