The Diocesan Human Resource Manager for the Catholic Diocese of Tombura Yambio is encouraging all the staff and managers to make their action plan for the year 2018.
Joseph Ziazia Kanido says they resolved to have qualified staff this year. Anisa Radio reports
He discloses that his office will carry on several trainings to strengthen the capacity of their staff.
He recalls that the office had the challenge of banking system last year but they hope to resolve it this year.
Zaizia encourages all the staff to open accounts with the Diocesan Micro Finance for easy to receive their salary.
