Addressing the gathering in Heiban County of Nuba Mountains, Heibed Abdullah says the new constitution prohibits early marriage, rape, killings and theft cases. Voice of Peace Radio reports.
The Secretary reveals that the SPLM North is working to build a society free from corruption and immoral acts.
Abdullah also stresses that education is compulsory in the region.
They encourage citizens to cooperate with local authorities to achieve their objectives.
