The second round of the High Level Revitalization Forum for South Sudan in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia will focus on the provisions which were not implemented in the 2015 Agreement, says South Sudan Ambassador to Ethiopia, IGAD and African Union.
Ambassador James Morgan Pitya says some articles will remain as they were signed.
The Forum discussed about the principles to be passed later and will review governance system and security arrangements, confirms government spokesperson.
The secretariat is still working on the principles to channel the revitalization process, he clarifies.
After the second session, government and opposition went to their groups to put down their points to be discussed on Wednesday’s talks.
The atmosphere was normal on Tuesday.
