ECSS Archbishop-elect calls on South Sudanese to embrace peace

The newly elected Archbishop of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan or ECSS is calling on the entire citizens to be committed to prayers for peace to prevail in the country.
 
Archbishop Justin Badi Arama appreciates South Sudanese for their support to elect him to lead the people of God, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He calls on everybody to pray for the revitalization so that God can change the hearts of those participating in the process for peace to prevail in the nation.
 
Embrace the spirit of togetherness to live as one people of the same father and mother, the Archbishop advises citizens.
 
He appeals to South Sudanese to stay away from things that can cause conflict.
 
Archbishop Badi discourages people from tribal and political affiliations.
 
He calls on everybody to really for change of their behavior.
 
Last week eight internal Archbishops and over sixty ECSS Bishops met in Juba to elect their new leader to replace Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul who retired from the office a year ago.
