More than seven thousand IDPS sheltering at Our Lady of Assumption Riimenze are in dire need of humanitarian support, a Catholic Priest reports.

Fr Babie Victor mentions that the IDPs lack clean drinking water and other basic needs, Radio Anisa  reports.

He says the displaced people express fear of their life to go and cultivate or bring food to their families.

One of the IDPs says they only eat one meal per day and they did not receive any food ratio since July 2017.

Fr Babie appreciates CMMB, the only Organization for bringing health services to the IDPs in the area.
