St Charles Lwanga’s Juba choir arrives in Torit

At least twenty-seven choir members from St Charles Lwanga’s Chapel of St Joseph Parish in the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba arrived in Torit.
 
Team leader Acolyte Martin Amanya says the visit signifies unity among the two dioceses, Radio Emmanuel.
 
Amanya says the team will also visit tombs of late Fr Saturlino Ohure and late Bishop Johnson Akio Mutek on Monday.
 
Elijio Emmanuel, Chairman of Otuho Choir at Our Lady of Holy Rosary’s Parish in Torit, expresses gratitude over the arrival of the pilgrims which he terms as vital.
 
He believes many people will be transformed because of the visit.
 
The choir leader encourages Otuho singers in Torit to welcome the visitors with joy and happiness. 
 
Emmanuel also calls on the members to embrace the spirit of sharing.
 
The choir is expected to return to Juba on Tuesday next week.
