International Red Cross or ICRS distributed eighty bicycles to people with special needs in Tambura State, after the assessment carried out last year.
One of the beneficiaries known as Be Tombura Michael, currently a member of Tombura legislative assembly; representing people with special needs welcomes the idea. Anisa Radio reports.
Be Tombura appreciates South Sudan Red Cross for their kindness to venerable people by providing the bicycles for their transport and mobility.
He also adds that the bicycle he received will assist him to carry his duties in the state.
