Isaac Aliardo, first Director General State Ministry of Agriculture, urges famers to work hard so as to earn a better living.
He says there is need to train farmers on agriculture to apply right skills of cultivation in their farms.
Dr Aliardo discloses that his ministry is ready to work hand in hand with the partners to improve agriculture.
The officials were talking during handing over of agricultural equipment to farmers at the State Corporative in Torit last week.
