Persons with disabilities are facing difficulties in financial support for making official work, says chairperson for Young Voices organization for persons with disabilities in Torit.
Laduma Patricia told Emmanuel Radio that bad roads and skyscrapers made their movement difficult while lobbing for funds.
Patricia notes that people with disabilities deserve all rights including movement.
While lobbing for funds to celebrate global day for persons with disabilities on on Sunday was very challenging to reach officers who are upstairs, she stresses.
