The Parish Priest of Our Lady of Holy Rosary in the Catholic Diocese of Torit is urging youth to join in recollection marking the feast of Christ the King.
Fr Noel Oguagu says the recollection gives Christians a quiet moment set aside from busy days to have time with God, Radio Emmanuel reports.
Participate fully in the recollection before celebrating the feast and end the Catholic Church liturgical year, he appeals to the young people.
According to the notice Radio Emmanuel saw, the youth of Holy Rosary’s Parish have chosen to celebrate their day on the solemnity of Christ the King.
Fr Oguagu appreciates the youth for their bold decision and encourages them to be role models to others.
The youth of Holy Rosary in the Catholic Diocese of Torit will on Sunday commemorate their first youth day at the parish.
