Bol Dup told Radio Don Bosco that alleged criminals looted over one thousand cows from Rumbek North counties.
 
Dup reveals that he managed to collect one thousand heads of cattle to the rightful owners.
 
He cites lack of water, health services and poor road network as top challenges facing people in the area.
