The National Taxation team on Friday met Imotong State revenue authority officials and discussed on how to harmonize and improve the taxation activities.
Stephen Rufo Albert Imotong state Director General for Revenue Authority says, the team has enlightened the staff on knowledge of how to generate income to the State. Emmanuel Radio reports.
Rufo says, the aim of the meeting is to address challenges such as capacity building of human resource and looking for ways of revenue collection.
Rufo is optimistic that, the future use of electronic device for collecting tax will make work easy and will help reduce the corruption rate in the country.
The director hopes that the expected training on South Sudan’s revenue collection could boost up and improve the economy of the country.
