Roc Roc Dong County Commissioner in Wau state says more than ten houses have been destroyed due to heavy rain which caused floods in the area.
Peter Duayi confirmed that 11 houses were completely collapsed due to the flood.
He says no lost of live has been identified but crops are most likely to get spoiled due to flood, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
The commissioner says he is in contact with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Wau to try to provide some shelter to families displaced with the rain.
