Internally Displaced Women in Wau are demanding the state Health officials and NGOs to assist them with hygiene kits.
Joyce Samson one of the Women at St. Bakhita Lokoloko Protection Site says women are suffering and are using traditional method for their monthly period, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
She adds that some women also finding difficulties during labor because there are no delivery kits in the site.
Samson revealed that the number of women in the site has increased recently because some women arrived from Besselia County, but they are lacking hygiene kits.
Samson urges mothers in the camp to take care of their children and educate them with behaviors despite the displacement.
