Police authorities in Imotong State are investigating three trucks drivers suspected of stealing goods from another business person.
They say the goods are supposed to be taken to Wau but the police saw the truck owners offloading the goods in Torit, Radio Emmanuel reports.
Imotong State Deputy Police Commissioner Brigadier Abdalla Kiri Silliman reports that the trucks drivers were arrested last week on Thursday and that the suspects are under police detention.
He adds that the arrested people will soon be taken to Juba for further investigation.
Brigadier Kiri says the arrest came after the information from Juba reached his office for follow up.
The Police Deputy Commissioner made the statement while addressing journalists at Torit Police Central Station on Tuesday.
