The office of the Education Director in Yei River County has on Wednesday announced the primary eight mock results for 2017.
Emmanuel Sebit says the total number of pupils who sat for the Mock Examinations was 520 candidates, Easter radio reports.
Out of the total number of pupils who sat for the exams, 311 are boys and 209 are girls representing 40% pass.
Sebit adds that 114 male and 67 female passed successfully.
The director encourages learners to concentrate on their studies despite the current situation in the country.
He says Christian Missionary Fellowship and EPC Primary Schools performed the best among the 19 Schools in the Mock Examinations this year.
