Isohe Parish of Catholic Diocese in Torit has recovered some of its belongings that were robbed by unknown gunmen along Torit Kapoeta road near a place identified as Hakuma Mafi.
Early this month, Fr Peter Ben Louis was traveling to Torit with some religious leaders and students coming for holidays but unfortunately, they fell in the hands of unknown gunmen who robbed all their belongings, Radio Emmanuel reports.
The parish priest confirms that important documents are recovered but he did not mention any which documents..
Fr Ben appreciates the youth, the local leaders and the SPLA army for their quick response and facilitating the return of the property.
He says the insecurity along the roads is a general concern that needs cooperation from all stakeholders.
The parish priest was talking to Radio Emmanuel in an interview on Tuesday.
