The International Committee of the Red Cross gave funds to Tonj Central Prison to help the inmates.
The Director of the Prison Colonel George Gabriel Gilo says the money is meant for digging toilets and build women place, Radio Don Bosco reports
Colonel Gabriel mentions that inmates are more than 176 in the prison which is beyond the number needed by the prison service.
Tonj central prison was built long time ago but no renovation has been done, says the director.
He encourages young people not to steal but work for their own.
The Director was talking to Radio Don Bosco on Tuesday in Tonj.
