The Commissioner of Yei River County urges young people to forget the past and consider peace.
Denis Lasuba Paul tells the young people to embark on building society and take the situation in South Sudan as temporary.
He believed if there is justice there would have been no conflict among people.
Commissioner Lasuba says everyone all over the world needs to live in peace than having a mind of destruction in South Sudan.
He adds that most of the states in South Sudan were reduced to county levels due to destruction.
