The Governor of Rotary District covering Kenya, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Eritrea is in Wau State to inspect activities and their club projects.
Peter Mbuoi says his visit is also to take part in the peace conference, Radio Voice of Hope.
The Governor acknowledges that peace in South Sudan is important to the region so Rotary tries to assist in it.
Mbuoi says expresses Rotary commitment to ensure that peace prevails in the country through giving assistance and hope to students of South Sudan.
The official spoke to Radio Voice of Hope on his arrival at Wau airport on Friday.
