Members of the National transitional Legislature on Monday passed budget for 2017/2018 to the tune of 46 billion South Sudanese Pounds.
Speaker Anthony Lino Makana declares that the budget among applauses from the legislators in its fourth reading.
Stephen Dheiu Dau, Minister of finance clarified to the August Houses the issue of delay salaries of the civil servants in the last fiscal year.
He says some budget has been prioritized to avail fuel to run the sitting duty of the country.
The Ministry of Finance and Planning Undersecretary admits that out of the 46 billion budgets that have been passed only 32 billion is available.
He says they will depend on International partners to look for the missing 14 billion to cover the budget.
The officials were speaking on Monday in Juba during the fourth reading of the budget.
