Information Minister lobby NGOs to help government Radio

Imotong Minister of Information met with non-governmental organizations or NGOs to lobby for support to the state radio 97.5 FM.
 
Jacob Atari Albano told Radio Emmanuel that the station lacks electricity that the state government can get through joint efforts with partners.
 
Attari says if the radio will operate for twenty-four hours it will ease channeling of information to citizens in areas without network.
 
The meeting drew together national and international organizations including Relief and Rehabilitation Commission, Whitaker, Caritas Torit, UNMISS and all promised to assist.
 
UNICEF and UNMISS promised to take lead in training state journalists to improve their skills of reporting.
